Products are delivered 1 to 3 working days after the order is completed. If the order is placed during the weekend, it is executed on Monday.
There may be a 24 to 72 hour delay in order delivery due to peak periods (e.g. 10-day promotions, sales, bad weather). The times and reasons for order delays are indicative.
The order is delivered by courier (ELTA Courier).
Shipping is free for orders over 99,99 euro. In all other cases, the shipping cost is 3.10 euros (including VAT) plus 1 euro for each additional kilo with a maximum cost of 5 euros.
The charge for cash on delivery is 3 euros.
